bad call - Luke Martin flipping out - looked like an oscar winning flop to me
I think he fouled him. Brutal to foul in that situation but I think he was understandably surprised he pulled the trigger with so much time left and got caught lunging. A killer.
Great effort from the guys. Didn’t think this team could compete, let alone on the road…hopefully it’s something we can build on.

Great effort tonight both halves and these guys proved they can play with anyone in the MVC with this kind of energy and effort.

I was not happy with the officiating at the end. If you're going to call the phantom foul on Steffe, you at least need to also call it on the other end when Kennard got literally knocked out of bounds shooting his three.
Not sure what Nagy was talking about with Belmont going for a 2 for 1 on the Steffe foul. Southern could have held for the last shot. A bit alarming.
Refs liked the phantom fouls,at least for the home team. The end of game officiating was terrible.

they didn’t show life. They made an obscene amount of shots to hang in a game where they still can’t get any stops. Nothing was different but bad shooters having a hot night.
