Exactly, this is an SIU policy. Had he failed an NCAA test it would be 50% of the season, so thankfully this was an SIU test. Schools do not have to have testing policies but if they do and someone fails a test failure to implement the discipline the school lays out can result in sanctions. Once the test is failed SIU has no choice but to follow their own guidelines. But, hes back and it wont be the second half, he will be in there quickly, if not starting.
