@salukiworld thanks for posting that on here.  Pretty cool.

Also nice for some alums to pay for the bus and tickets.

Everybody wants Bryan to succeed. To think anybody on here wants SIU to suffer or lose is a joke.

We all want this to turnaround. We all want to see progress

@thunnellvision I agree I want him too be successful here.  He is a class act. Saying that a little bit of me is a realist and he has to increase the talent level to get us back to winning championship’s.  We need more size and athleticism and it is his job to get the players that fill the current void. Hopefully he will get the needed pieces to get it done soon.

Next year I'll make a topic when it comes up.  Hopefully SIU has a weekend game in Belmont, can imagine a lot of people will be making the trip

We are working with some people on this and will have information on this and more for the DP. Stay tuned I am honored to be a part of what is in the future.

The guy works his butt off and will only get better as a coach. I am glad he is ours!

I get some are jaded because of the former guy but Mullins is a smart guy and an alum that loves the school. That deserves support. Everyone is pulling for him to succeed.

On another note I’d like to see more Dawg Pound trips. Maybe there’s a certain bus company in my home town that could help out.

This is really cool. It's great to see the students get back involved in the Athletics program and that there are alums who are willing to put some money into getting the kids back involved.

I wish Southern could get it's act together and not schedule Spring Break on the same weekend as the Valley Tournament. Seems like Southern always has a meager student turnout for the tournament because everyone has already gone home for the break.

Yep, it would be nice to be able to take greater advantage of SIU's relative proximity to STL compared to other schools and get more students in the building, especially with the resurgence of the Dawg Pound.

I followed SIU from afar during the 2000's but have gone back and looked at box scores and such and it's always surprised me how unlucky SIU has historically been in St. Louis compared to how much they dominated the Valley with Creighton.  Doubt it's the actual fan support they get.  I don't know if the proximity actually hurts the team or it's just plain awful luck.

Eventually their luck has to turn in St. Louis, right?
