Simply put, you're NOT going to win when you're 2 best players go 3-10 (Domask) and 4-14(Jones). This team NEEDS someone else to step up when these guys falter and, if they don't, they will lose those games. That being said, I don't see Domask and Jones both shooting this poorly in the same game much for the rest of the year.

Welp, a ten-point deficit at the under four TO isn't impossible... but it's gonna take a LOT better effort than the first 36 minutes were.
not sure why some of you guys are this upset. USI lost AT Missouri by 6.... anyone who thought this game was a gimme or was going to be easy wasn't paying attention. USI is good, and we are at their place playing in front of a sell-out crowd at their first D1 home game. I thought this game was trouble from the moment i saw it on the schedule. I honestly kind of expected us to lose this one.
If SIU somehow makes a miraculous comeback again, even then, this still feels like a loss.
