Totally off topic but will Drake have any of their starting 5 back next year maybe DeVries since he is a sophomore

DeVries will be back, assuming he doesn't go pro or his dad takes a job somewhere. Think there's a chance Darnell Brodie can be back too, I've seen stuff about him possibly having another year from back in his Seton Hall days.

what makes you think the Racer Scum will make it to Friday?!I believe that this means SIU vs Murray on Friday night!!
Missouri State or UIC
Evidently I can’t count to 6. Murray is 7 haha.

James Madison
At this point I'd rather play Missouri State than UIC

I disagree. I would rather play UIC, with a short bench, after they just played the night before. Mo St has consistently gotten better towards the end of the season.
I thought Dalton Banks' hustle/defense was one of the key reasons we won this game. We missed too many bunnies, though and I still don't like the "small" line-up.
Just got back from the game, what an incredible atmosphere. There were surely more SIU fans.......they were everywhere. The band did their best to drown us out, but in the end our cheers were heard. It was so nice of the players to come over and thank the fans for coming. I have a feeling next year's crowd will be even louder and I am already planning on sitting courtside !!!!
SIU only had 6 turnovers and shot 41% from 3. They'll win more games than not with numbers like that. Sure it was not a pretty win, but at this point in the season, I do NOT care. Win on Friday, then on Saturday, and so on.
Also, next year it would be fun if the Chicago people all got together prior to the game. My wallet cannot handle too many $11 Modelo's at UIC. LOL
Saw some great things that are promising for Arch Madness:
- Trent is now consistently hitting threes
- Foster came in and knocked in two threes
- The outstanding defense and hustle plays remains strong; that dive by Banks is the play of the game IMO.
- Lance! Dude has found not only his outside shot, but he is taking it to the whole again with conviction
Some concerns:
- Small ball: I thought we were done with this experiment? How many UIC layups could have been prevented by having Muila or any big down low?
- Another problem with small lineups is I think it affects Marcus: with no big in on our end that allows the opponent (who shockingly stays with bigs) to put their tallest guy in Domask, which tends to stifle him when he posts up.
Let's go win St Louis!
