Being without three rotation guys for a tournament like this is straining depth and putting a lot of pressure on the freshmen to score. And Francois isn’t starting this season well.
Hopefully the defense can keep them in it.
Francois and Brown have to hit shots, even as the other rotation guys make their way back. We're seeing now, especially against physical teams with size, why being able to effectively spread the floor and stretch the D by hitting shots will be so important.
Inevitably, this team will take its lumps early. Part of the process.
