Pens get swept by the Islanders, not an upset exactly but I expected much longer series. Looks like Pittsburgh is about to become the Blackhawks.
Blues and Jets tied at 2. Haven't watched any of this series yet but time to tune in. Next couple games should be really good.
Toronto-Boston has been good too. Leafs speed is giving the B's some problems. Still expecting this one to go 7.
This is why playoff hockey is the best. All 4 division winners, including the President's Trophy winner and the defending Cup champs, eliminated in the 1st round. It's wide open now. Of the teams left, only Boston has won one in the last decade. Blues and Jackets looking to get their first.

They are really playing well. I think their best hockey is ahead of them. Nice having a hot goaltender.
Good goal tender, some solid players, and a coach that knows what he is doing.
Amazing the Cubs of Hockey were settling into playing for next year, even after getting a new coach they muddled around for another 2 months. A few good adjustments and they are like they could do really well.
I loved Maroon's goal last night, what a story, and it all comes out now.
Now that Marleau plays for the Leafs I'm pulling for the Blues to win it all. I would like to see a Blues - Bruins final.

Coming from this Hawks fan who has no love for a division rival but the Blues got hosed big time. Don't know how 4 officials could've missed that. Toronto should have the power to overrule the officials on the ice in playoff OT. They will call down for other scoring situations but not in a definite win\lose situation in a playoff game?? Goalie interference can be reviewed after the fact, why not a hand pass? Bet that changes next year.

Crazy thing is that the zebras called three hand passes in the Bruins clincher the next night.
