Literally never said not to sign JUCOS. Just that no one uses them and transfers exclusively like Rhodes does.
Also Schark turns 24 this year, has played collegiate baseball for 5 seasons(one injury shortened) and is quite possibly one of the oldest players in college baseball.
Not really some gotcha.

SIU 17 E 11..Schark with 2 hrs, some guy for E also had two home runs.
