Guessing they do get a commit or two but wonder how the status of the Seniors impacts their HS recruiting this year. Domask, Jones, Brown, Muila could all potentially be staying another year and using a scholarship. Also the transfer portal matters more than ever.
Muila's eligibility is done after this year and with Newton being a 5th years senior SIU will have at least 2 open rides next year. Of course that could change, hopefully Domask and Jones will return for a 5th year. SIU didn't get their first 22 commit until mid October last year, so I wouldn't look for any news anytime soon.
Are we sure Muila’s done after this year? I mean I don’t know if he’d be back anyways but I think he’d have one extra year if he wanted it. His first season at SIU had to get him a medical redshirt and then there’s the COVID year.
I’m going to be so thrilled when the extra COVID year is gone, so confusing.
I am sure this will be his last year at SIU.

He seems to have eliminated any good programs that offered him and made his final 4 some of the worst ones that offered. Kinda makes me think he doesn't think he is as good as others think he is.

FWIW, seeing a lot of Colorado State "likes" of Evans' post, including from Colorado State assistant and former UNI player Ali Farokhmanesh.
It would be amazing to get either Evans or Humphries, or both!
