@rockin-dawg Yea, I figured this was a long shot given the high level of suiters. PG is still a priority.

Well, that sucks. Although now I don't think landing a high level PG is as long of a shot as it used to be. SIU can make an intriguing offer; you'll have the keys to an up-tempo offense surrounded by high level athletes and good players, we have some NIL to throw around, and oh by the way, great fan support who's starving to win again.
Pretty appealing situation if I'm a young floor general. Aim high, SIU.
--Insert something witty here--
SIU offered 6-7 JUCO Kevin Kogbara from Bishop State CC. Per several tweets I saw, he had modest stats but has some skills/upside.
Still, hard to see playing time at wing spots on this roster, and you don’t usually redshirt JUCOs. A bit odd …
Aside from getting an experienced PG, the roster is set. How the staff wants to fill the 1 last scholarship, I’m ok with a JUCO. Appears the staff is OK with signing a PG and Sharp as backup.
@siudawgs Kogbara would spend most of his time at the 5 which won't be a problem in the Valley since he has a big body. Rupert was only 6'7 or 6'8 and he started for 2 years.
I see most of his time in a rotation at the 4, a few minutes here and there at the 5.
