Topic starter

Heard a couple of names coming in starting for summer semester tomorrow:

Former 4 star DT Kyonta Stallworth is coming in from Michigan State.  Looks like he'll have 2 years of eligibility.

Also, 6'8 TE Nigel Kilby is coming in.  Had signed with Louisville last December, but it doesn't seem clear if he ever enrolled there or had to finish up at JUCO later than expected.  Either way, a 3 star TE in the JUCO ranks (#4 Juco TE) could be a nice weapon for the offense.

Kilby is 250 lbs and was recruited by several BCS schools out of JC  Verbaled to UCF and switched to Louisville and now us. Originally enrolled at Eastern Michigan out of high school. Don't know why he's traveled so much but all reports agree he is a genuine talent.

With Isom apparently not coming back now I see why we are also offering JUCO RB's (I posted one in another thread)

Wow! great pick-ups on both sides of the ball!

It appears we are seeing a little influence from Jerry Kill.  He focused, a lot, on FCS transfers and top JUCO prospects.  It was the cornerstone of his success.  Now we are seeing Nick using the same roadmap.

I'm not sayin' -- I'm just sayin'!

I hear that there is a good possibility we will get grad transfer Julian Hylton from Illinois

If this become official wonder if we use him as RB instead of Safety---ran for 2528 yards  (7.2ypc) and 32 TDs at 6-1 205 in 2013--ran 10.68 second 100 meters (4.4 sec forty)

Hylton will be a safety at SIU, official. But we're losing Booker, Waters, Reed and White.
