My friend is at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia and just texted me saying the SIU women just held on for a big win in the 4 x 400 relay.
He pointed out several SIU runners yesterday, too, but I don’t know those details.

Update:
He just said the men won their race, too, so SIU swept both the men’s and women’s 4 x 400.
Very cool.
