Lowery has won me back over by some of the cool things he's had to say about the program during his HOF induction and about coach Herrin in recent years. And obviously he still has a good relationship with Mullins.
Safe to say we all badly wish it wouldn't have gone off a cliff late in his tenure (the program still has yet to recover!), but nothing to be gained by not being classy at this stage toward a guy who has given a lot of his life to SIU, has went through some serious personal hardship and still is a passionate alum.

Congrats Chris! Welcome back to the MVC. I really don't like the Bears at all but I didn't hold it against Lusk, nor will I with you. With that being said, I hope our program will be better than MSU.
