It appears to be a brand new team if you look at the roster. Rhodes has done this the entire time he's been SIU's coach though. 99% of the recruits are transfers/JUCO players (this year not one freshmen or sophmore on the roster). He's been able to have a couple winners that way the first couple years, last year didn't go so well. We'll see if they were able to get the pitching figured out and gel prior to the season starting.

And that is why he will never have sustained success.
You can't be in constant win now AND rebuilding mode at the same time with constant roster turnover.
You have to actually try to build a program at some point.
