I was hoping that one of his assistants would be skilled at working with low post players.....but I'm not certain that's going to happen.  Low post players always seem to be a project at the mid-major level.  Without being coached up, they have a tendency to have a low trajectory on improving their skill set.

Like Cam Krutwig was coached up?

Hmmm... 🤔

If he did any investigating  or had ANY reliable sources he would know who the assistant coaches were going to be .  As far as players Coach Mullins is being respectful of the players, but I am certain that not all of current players and signed recruits will be here next fall .

To be fair, it would be unprofessional for hef to give the names even if he knows prior to bm announcing who they are. I think I can wait until bm makes the announcement. I also don't think it should be on this site just to show that someone knows something or someone. Let bm do his job.

How often do we see really skilled big men come into the MO Valley?  Not very often.  We typically have to take a flyer on potential and hope they evolve.  In order to expedite the process having a coach that understands how to coach footwork, positioning, etc should help....right?

I agree.  It's just that I read somewhere that Bryan had worked a lot with Krutwig on his post moves when he first got to Loyola.  Just saying that I trust Bryan to get the most out of our big men!

Nice.  Didn't realize Mullins worked with Krutwig.  Hopefully he can ramp up skill sets with Fall and Dembele (spelling?).

Barkeep said it best. Staff has been selected give it a few days.

To restate what I said a few weeks ago

Baby Mama will be named the coach (everyone knew) ✅

Around 500k in base. Could make up to 1 million overall per year based on performance ✅

potential of those who are staying from the old staff including AB or JC but potentially unlikely ✅ both are gone

the only clear leak from the staff is the Ken Moses who dates the marketing lead. Individuals have known this for a while as this is a hire from the AD. He will likely be the DOBO. ✅

add C Wheeler for video guy

add PM and/or JM to the staff and it will be done

reminding everyone that most here had their tougues wagging when heff farted on twitter a few days ago. meanwhile saluki insiders were posting facts days or weeks beforehand. grassroots journalism. yall remember that next time you come here to say that's not what the illusion said. well done barkeep, ddd, 69, mdogs, bobber and anyone else here who spends hours of their free time to track down stuff for nothing other than gratitude

Now that I think about it Krutwig really does have some Randal Falker moves around the goal.
