Not sure if this has been posted anywhere on here but SIU has reached quote to Tim Finke who is transferring from Grand Canyon. 6'6 SG from Champaign. His Dad is a coach at Champaign Central i believe. You would think Bryan or his Dad would have some connect here.
Finke is interesting because he was a 4 star recruit and then had a dreadful AAU circuit the year before his senior year. Some claimed he was injured but some are saying he dominated early because he was bigger at a younger age and everyone caught up to him.
Yeah I think he would be a good fit in the Valley. Especially if he can hit the weight room in his off year. He has good size and a very nice shot.
He's the younger, smaller brother of Michael who played several years at U of I and grad transferred to Grand Canyon last year. Played 15 mins/game as a true fr.

Congrats to Mullins and his coaching staff on a very exciting day. Two guys who look like they can really score, and you know he can coach defense. Bringing in five solid recruits (and counting) during a spring signing period is really impressive.
The Arena will be rocking soon.

It is very short. If I add and subtract correctly, we still have 2 scholarships left to give, even if D Bean stays. At least 1 must go to a post player.
