Maybe one of those really good players offered for 2021 will reclassify to 2022 and take a "prep" year after high school. Looks like SIU will have one scholarship available in 2022. Of course as we have seen, players may transfer out.

I'm not sure I'd want that. By 2022, who knows...Maybe Bryan Mullins will surprise us with a 4 star recruit by then. 😉

Schwieger to Loyola. I like our 2021 class but I wonder if we were off his radar and why we focused on Wonders. No pun intended. Seem to be similar style players. Regardless, glad the talent went to the valley.

We've been recruiting Wonders for about a year now. We offered around last September. We offered Schwieger in May.

Seems like a lot of the 2021 dominoes are falling after the Foster Wonders commit. A lot of the same teams were in the running for guys like Wonders, Ben Schwieger and Palesse.
