We get Davis, Ebube and Ferguson back and that gives us 3 athletic starters and a good core. Wouldn't mind seeing Hensley come back too, although I'm not hearing anything regarding that possibility.
To confirm, no inside sources. Just Saluki folks discussing/communicating which players will return for next season. Everything that has been mentioned by others, I have heard the same. I most certainly believe that good work is being done. Trust in the process. Saluki fans, Alumni, and boosters are going to be pleased.

I believe all of the players being mentioned will perform much better under Nagy. They will be more free to be themselves...within reason.

This seems to be going pretty well considering it was called an unmitigated disaster by some. I think they jumped the gun and should have just waited for Nagy to start cooking
Not a bad week at all for Saluki basketball. The coaching staff is complete and is a solid mix of newcomers and familiar faces (Jerrance Howard is but a memory). A 3-star 6-10 high school recruit has signed on, as has a former 3-star recruit from the transfer portal. Trey Miller is staying, and a few others in the portal appear to be on the verge of returning. Several potential recruits have SIU on their lists. There's still work to be done, but there's also momentum. Let's see what next week brings.
