I had some GREAT memories of concerts. Eddie Murphy Raw, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, etc.
They also used to have a concert on Saturday night of Homecoming. They need to start that again, preferably some classic rock band that would appeal to alumni. Maybe Styx, Journey, or some combination of these types of bands since they often play together.
I’m not a country fan, but I know this appeals to a lot of young people and people who are not as young as they were when they attended SIU.
I read an article somewhere earlier this season where Domask commented having access to the practice facility allowed him to work out around his class schedule. From what I understand, most college practice facilities have this type of access for players.

I’m hoping Bere comes along from the Wright State staff. Apparently the others are being retained but he’s up in the air. I think Nagy will be able to attract some good coaches with his decades of connections.

The next week should provide more information on where we stand regarding “returning” players. I wonder if Coach Nagy is meeting with them as a group today and later individually, or is he meeting with the players only individually. I am sure he and Coach Howard have spent a lot of time discussing this.
