I agree we need Big men but isn’t he a guard?
Yes. 6' 5" guard.
I suck. I saw the 6-7 guy in the post before and just duh moment.
Carry on 🙄
Waiting for good news on the recruiting front we definitely need some size .
I have mentioned it once before, but if we could find a way to get 6'10" Barret Benson, the grad transfer from Northwestern, I think that could help. I have not heard anything about him as far as any schools looking at him, so I am not sure if he is even a target. Maybe a stretch, but I wouldn't mind seeing him play for the Salukis next year.

from Prephoops.com:
Benson is a legit 6’10” center that has back to the basket scoring ability. Although it didn’t work out on the court at Northwestern the five man will graduate and transfer with one year left to play. Schools that have reached out about the center include Furman, San Jose St, Southern Illinois, Ohio, Cleveland State, Boise State, North Dakota, Alabama A&M, Tulsa, Detroit, UW-Milwaukee, Western Michigan, Valpo, USC, and IPFW. Safe to say he will have great options available! We think he can really help out a mid-major program that needs a five man.
We are targeting 6' 3" G Jett Fortuny from Cary, N.C.
Here's is a little more about him: http://www.phenomhoopreport.com/unsigned-senior-spotlight-63-jett-fortuny/

He could be Bryan's son.
When does the signing period end?
When does the signing period end?
May 15
Hopefully we start seeing some signings then
When does the signing period end?
We can continue to add people for next year after the period ends, but it's called something different. I think its an "agreement for financial aid" or something like that.
Please fill me in on which returning big man is better ? The two redshirts are not ready.
hope they make great progress with the right coaching
wood is correct. trent brown and his 4.0 GPA is on campus. 😀
I love it. Everything I have read says this guy has been overlooked because everyone was watching his star teammate Nico Mannion. He sounds a lot like Mullins in this story...

This kids shot looks like pure magic. That's a resource that'll fit with any team. I really hope we lock him up.
Any update on this kid? Of all the recruits, he is the most intriguing to me right now.
I don't know if we after him, but the Wolves have an unsigned 6' 5" SF ranked #27 in Illinois.
Bryant Brown out of Waukegan. He is the all-time leading scorer at Waukegan HS.
