A 6ft 6in transfer from Nebraska
Karrington Davis a 215 lb guard.
Medical redshirt last year with Achilles problem. Will have 4 years eligibility. Will have to get waiver to play this year.
This is a very good pick up
Has verbally committed but not officially signed yet so Mullins can't comment. Visited Monday.
Was 1st team all state in MO his JR year averaging 19 pts and 6 rebounds for Chaminade HS. Team made the semi finals.
Damn! Mullins is killing it on the recruiting trail. Welcome aboard, Mr. Davis!
He should have a good chance of gaining a waiver. Hoiberg did not renew his scholarship. This is a real good pickup 🤓
Very good pick up!!
Kind of ironic that several of his buckets in this highlight clip were off dimes dropped by Darius Beane. They were teammates at the St. Louis Eagles AAU program.
Davis has played in some good company. Among others old teammates RJ Barret, 1st round NBA pick Jayson Tatum and Iowa star Tyler Cook.
Looks like health is the major issue with Davis - he’s had a pair of substantial injuries. Hoping he can have healthy and productive years at Southern. Always good to have a talented St. Louis kid in the mix, and remarkable that Mullins was able to bring in eight kids this spring, all of whom seem like legit recruits. He’s certainly hit the transfer market hard!
Wow what an impressive job Bryan has done assembling this collection of talent in such a short window!
Team assembled. Now its time to get to work!

Yes! Talent level is impressive, no doubt. Now, coach 'em up.
March on triumphantly!
I’ll say it again, it’s amazing what a staff can do when they go to work and actually try and recruit. SIU is very recruitable. Mullins is the cherry on top.

Does anyone know if it's all Bryan or which assistant has emerged as "the recruiter"? With the amount they've done, it obviously isn't all Bryan, all the time. I'm sure they've divided and conquered. I would assume Brendan Mullins is up there, but I hope the new hires are also proving valuable. I just don't know a lot about them.

Obviously it’s not just Mullins. His staff is working their ass off. My post is generally a slap in the face to the previous staff who was widely known to be fairly lazy in recruiting.
