Wood is typically 99.7 percent right🤗.
I would have a little caution. I haven't heard anything in particular.

This is big time!! Our starting 5 is very legit!
Is it November yet?
Earlier in the thread I mentioned that one thing I was optimistic about with Mullins is the ability for the program to win its share of recruiting battles against other MVC programs (and occasionally even schools from higher-profile conferences). That hasn't happened near enough over the past decade.
The past couple weeks, SIU landed Muila over Mo State, Verplancken over Loyola and now D'Avanzo over Drake (and DePaul).
Really encouraging to see.
Welcome Anthony. I thought that the added wait might work out in our favor. Glad you joined us. You'll love SIU, the Staff, Players and the Fans. I am thrilled !!!
Wtf, come on man, it’s been like 25 minutes and 69 doesn’t have the grid updated yet. lol
SIU had six scholarships to fill after the flurry of outgoing transfers. Three down, three to go, and you have to feel good about the quality of recruits brought in so far.
I now think a veteran (JUCO or grad transfer) guard who can take some ball-handling and playmaking pressure off Jones and the incoming freshman guards is the top remaining priority. And it wouldn't hurt to add one more big and an athletic wing to the mix, if we want to get greedy. Which we do, I assume. 😀
YES! I was sure he was going to choose DePaul. Nice to have some momentum here after we were all freaking out.
Unreal. Bryan is the man.
