I don’t Blame Domask for trying. Not sure I agree with the principle of guys playing this long, but $300,000 in NIL money is more than most will make at the age of 24 in their next job. Yea he could play oversees, but there is value in making good money and not having to leave home.

UConn vs Purdue Monday Night. The two best teams in College Basketball, should be a good one.
Edey with 20, Lance ended up with 14 pts, and Loyer had 11. Braden Smith was 1 - 9. Worst game he's had all year.
I like Purdue - think Edey's a better big than Klingon, but Purdue's guards must be able to score better (Smith) and no foul trouble.
New Hampshire would have went zone and won this game by 13. Glad lance got to play in the biggest of games though.
UConn a better team and extended pressure well. But weird game plan by Painter. LJ essentially got frozen out.
UConn's guards were just significantly better than Purdue's guards. Lance joins Aaron Cook as being national runner-ups.

UConn’s overall size played a big part in this game. Their bench was also much better. Congrats to both teams on great seasons.

Painter was thoroughly out coached, but gracious in defeat. Seems like an awfully good guy.
Any coach that wants to know how to run an offense, watch UConn. They'll screen and pass you to death. Constant screening and movement and some very darn good players too.
Jones and Smith are the 2 on Purdue that had enough quickness to counter UConn. Unfortunately Lance sat a lot due to foul trouble, but I would have played him more. He only played 23 minutes and ended up with just 3 fouls. Painter messed up there.
UConn shut down Purdue's 3 pt shooting too. Only 7 shots 1 - 7. UConn = great team. How in the H they lost to Creighton by 19 is beyond me. They also lost to Seton Hall and Kansas.
Hurley's a jerkoff however. Little shit ran out on the floor twice in the first half, then touched a player 2nd half. Should have teed him up.
