Can't say this was "THE GUY" I wanted and am honestly less excited about the hire than I would have been with 1-2 of the other purported candidates, but I 100% am glad the search is over and we can get back to waiting on portal updates.
They had multiple players that I hope come over, including Noel (14.5ppg, 8rbg) and Baun (12ppg, 6rbg). Both players would immediately give us size and rebounding. Nagy also had 3 freshmen who played meaningful minutes in Brown, Woods and Carter.
One thing I'd like to point out is that, while he wasn't at the top of my list, he does quite possibly add some stability to the program. If, and that is a big IF, he wins, I don't see him looking to move on anytime soon.
Time to identify and/or upgrade the coaching staff as well as start inking some players !!!!!!! Let's go Dawgs !!!!!!!!!!!

If I'm being honest, I didn't know anything about Nagy until two days ago but everything I've read is positive and he looks like an excellent hire! I'm super excited for the coming weeks of hirings and portal signings!!!
